The faculty and students of Marymount University have traveled to Costa Rica on medical mission trips for the past five years. During that time, they have created critical relationships with caregivers in Costa Rica, namely the Sisters at Manos Abiertas.
To assist them with the training of their existing and new care-givers, we have created the following pages covering the basics of hygiene care, moving and handling and patient comfort.
